Start with Plus and up to 10 active vehicles. No card is required. Paid continuation needs your confirmation and the founder's recorded activation.
Each invoice follows a completed paid month. Pay by bank transfer within 14 elapsed days after issue. No money is collected automatically.
Once the verified owner's request is recorded, service ends at the current period's boundary. That period and existing debt remain payable; no later paid period starts.
Plus supports up to 10 active vehicles. Pro supports up to 25. Archived vehicles and their retained history do not count as active.
An active vehicle is one you currently manage in Vemlet. Archived vehicles do not count. Bookings, documents, photos and website traffic do not affect this vehicle limit.
Yes. Choose Pro if you want your website and links for agreements, receipts and dispatch sheets to use a domain you own, even if Plus covers your fleet size.
Plus and Pro include the same operational features and founder support. Pro adds capacity and an eligible domain you own for your website and document links.
Plus includes a website hosted by Vemlet, for example businessname.vemlet.lk. It shows your vehicles, rates and contact details. Customers contact you to check availability and book.
You buy and renew the domain with a domain provider and pay that provider separately. The domain stays in your name. Vemlet connects an eligible domain to your website and document links while Pro is active.
Yes. Vemlet can connect an eligible domain to your website and document links. The domain stays in your name, and you continue paying the provider for renewal.
No. Neither plan has a setup fee.
Signup starts a Plus trial lasting exactly 31 days. You can ask for Pro during the same trial without extending it. A demo is optional. Paid continuation requires the verified owner's agreement on the plan, limit, monthly price, payment terms and start date, recorded by the founder. Without it, the trial ends without a paid period or invoice.
Pay by manual bank transfer in rupees. Each invoice follows a completed paid month and is due 14 elapsed days after issue. The founder checks the bank transfer before recording payment. No money is collected automatically, but confirmed paid service creates a bill. Vemlet is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added.
Yes. The verified owner can request cancellation at any time. Once recorded, it takes effect at the end of the current paid period. That period and existing debt remain payable. No later period starts. Stopping use or sending money does not itself cancel service.
The founder records the verified owner's agreed renewal. Service and a new monthly anniversary start on that actual activation date. The inactive gap is not billed, there is no second trial, and existing debt remains.
You can still sign in to read retained records, download private documents and finish existing work within the limits in our Terms. New work is blocked. Website removal can take longer than 24 hours. Document links on your domain stop when Pro access ends. Standard Vemlet document links stop 60 elapsed days after service ends while inactive; that is not a data deletion deadline.
Both plans include direct founder support on WhatsApp, without a priority difference or setup fee. A demo is optional. We will agree support availability, setup work and any visits with you in advance.
