Service ends at the end of the current paid month. You still pay for that month and any invoices you have not paid.
Plus is for up to 10 active vehicles. Pro is for up to 25. Removed vehicles and their history do not count.
A vehicle you currently use in Vemlet. Removed vehicles do not count. Bookings, photos and website visits do not change the limit.

A website at a Vemlet address, such as businessname.vemlet.lk. It shows your vehicles, rates and contact details. Customers contact you to book.
No. You buy and renew the domain from a domain company. It stays in your name. Vemlet connects it to your website and document links while you have Pro.
Yes. Vemlet can connect it to your website and document links. The domain stays in your name and you keep paying for its renewal.
No. Neither plan has a setup fee.
Your account starts with a free 31-day Plus trial. You can try an example business with sample data before you add your own vehicles. You can ask for Pro during the trial, but the trial does not get longer. A demo is optional. To continue after the trial, tell the founder your plan and start date. If you do not, the trial ends with no invoice.
By bank transfer in rupees. You get an invoice after each month of paid use. You pay within 14 days. The founder checks the transfer before marking it paid. Nothing is charged automatically. Vemlet is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Yes. The account owner can ask to cancel at any time. Service ends at the end of the current paid month. You still pay for that month and any invoices you have not paid. If you only stop using Vemlet, your plan is not cancelled.
Yes. The founder starts your service again after you agree. Your new monthly date starts from that day. You do not pay for the time in between. There is no second free trial. You still have to pay any old invoices you have not paid.
You can still sign in to see your records, download documents and finish open work. Our Terms explain the limits. You cannot add new work. Your website may take more than 24 hours to go offline. Document links on your own domain stop when Pro ends. Other document links stop 60 days after service ends. Your data is not deleted then. We may delete an unused account later, after we send the owner a message. Our Privacy Policy explains when.
Both plans include help from the founder on WhatsApp, at no extra cost. A demo is optional. We plan the help, setup work and any visits with you first.
