Money at return, worked out
Review the meter reading, return time and any charges.
Vemlet suggests extra km and late charges from the agreed booking terms. You enter fuel and damage charges with reasons. Record the deposit refund or amount retained, plus any balance collected above the deposit. Base rent is assumed paid at booking; this is not a full rental payment ledger.

Money in includes completed rental prices and return extras other than damage. Money out includes recorded expenses and service costs. Net subtracts Money out from Money in. It is a calculation from these entries, not complete or audited profit.
Keep your customer conversations
Continue taking enquiries by phone, WhatsApp or your usual method. Vemlet creates agreements and return receipts in English or Sinhala under your business name. You choose a sharing app for the PDF where supported, with a WhatsApp text link as a fallback. Review personal details before sharing. Vemlet does not read chats or send documents automatically.
