Record the vehicle's condition when it goes out.
Record the meter reading, fuel and location. Take photos of the vehicle and a photo of the driver. The customer signs on your phone. You can skip photos and the signature.

Check the meter reading, return time and any charges.
If the booking has a late return rate, Vemlet suggests a charge for an overdue return. You can change the amount. Add extra km, fuel, damage or other charges while recording the return. Take the charges from the deposit, collect a payment or record a refund to the customer. You can finish the return now and record the money later.
